Tyre choice is also important.

I have Falken GRB's on the front of mine and have the same problem. Stiff sidewalls and flat directional tread patterns dont work on QLD roads. tyre manufacturers are now coming up with tyres to suit, Dunlop's LE MANS LM702 would probably have been a better choice.

Still chase the wheel alignment etc. but if the only change from the old tyres to now has been the 901's, they will get a bit better as the shoulders wear but will never be perfect.

Tyre Guys and Wheel Alignment Guys are all the same now, selling from a catalog without any real knowledge of your vehicle or your intended useage.
