Dori,
The 2S engine mounts will not bolt directly to the 3S. The 3S has a rib which as 2 mounting points ground away on the inlet side. You have to make an adaptor plate to alloy the standard mount to bolt to something.
The borgwarner box in the 2S camry will not handle the 3S at all. And the bellhousing on this box will fit the 3S, but it wont suit a W series box.
The 2S accessory brackets should fit the 3S but i'm not 100% sure.
