Turn 16, go to licensing centre, sit your 30 question test, pass and you get a thing saying you can drive around but not on freeway, this is called PHASE 1. Once your 16 1/2 months, you can go for PHASE 2, you go with a drive, and take them for a drive, they mark you off, if you pass you get a LOG BOOK, you do either 25 hours or 48 hours, cause recently i thought it was changed but i dont know now.. i think its still 25 hours. Then you wait till your 17, go do a hazard test, and you get your P plates, basically full drivers license, but its Porbational. Once your 19, take them off. Simple. [Report message to a moderator]
