Sun, 01 September 2002 08:53 Never looked at it that way about cash jobs...but I guess they can just say that u dont get ur car back until u pay. Also, I've noticed that it is true that panel beaters dont repair lots of things. I saw this panel shop who was performing a cut n shut on a VT. Went back there a couple days later (Mechanics are next door) and it was done, looked perfect. Would prolly be cheaper for them to replace the whole back half of the car instead of repairing it. I also went into this paint store and this panel beater guy was asking for some paint to be matched up coz he did a cut n shut and his paint was a lil too white. [Report message to a moderator]
