Firtly check your fuel pressure (VDO electric oil pressure gauge is ideal for this)

If thats ok and not droping majorly under load look at your coil pack connectors, apparently common for them to go brittle, crack and become lose shitty connections.

If a cyl is not firing it will cause the unburnt fuel to ignite in the exhaust manifold that will cause the turbo too spool but it will run like a bag of shit
