Yes.
No. Arm should be straight. Could either be that it is not sitting in the slave cyl properly, or there is the problem with the clutch fork itslef.
A rebuild kit for the slave cyl cost me $12.00 from the local brake place. A bit of 1200 W&D, some metho, and easy as pie.
