Hmm...
Well, air filters... HKS flow good. Mainly 'coz they don't filter much... K&Ns are good, plus you can buy the kit to clean them. Some people like Uni filters too. I haven't had any contact with them so I can't comment.
I wouldn't know a thing about exhaust brands...
What you can do is do a search on these forums on the subject...
And suspension... Well, that's a black art and also dependant upon what sort of handling you want and how much money you have. Best to do a lot of research and talk to people.
If you just want lowered springs, then I'm sure there are plenty out there for the ST20x Celica. You might want to upgrade your shocks at the same time or else you could get a bit sea sick... Depends on how firm your shocks are.
