As far as clearances, "T Series Engine Repair Manual (Jun., 1978)" reckons: Intake == 0.24 - 0.34 mm (0.009 - 0.013 inch) Exhaust == 0.29 - 0.39 mm (0.011 - 0.015 inch) Hope this helps. BTW: Stupid question - "thou" is thousandths of an inch (eg 12 thou is 0.012 inch), right? [Report message to a moderator]
