A dual position relay... sounds funky  Available from like Repco/Autobarn etc? Fairly certain SuperCheap doesn't have it, they only have simple relays...
So I would assume you run the fan relay to 87a instead of 87 so that when the thermal switch turns off (when it gets hot) then 87a gets powered?
