demuire Forums Junkie Location: Ipswich Registered: May 2002	Re: Gasket goo Fri, 23 April 2004 00:54 Yup both the gasket goo's I have (Ultrablue by Permatex? and Maxx Blue by Loctite?) say "sensor friendly". Temp range I would assume should be okay on a gearbox, but they do both say to avoid contact with gasoline but I can't see that being a problem with a gearbox... Will try to check the mating surfaces on the bellhousing and gearbox. [Report message to a moderator]
