You can buy a normal 2JZ-GE pump from a Lexus dealer, it doesn't have any of that hydraulic crap and it bolts right in. Apparently it's also possible to remove the hydraulic mechanism from your existing pump with a bit of fiddling, but I'm not sure on the details.
