Hay just asking another question, I want to upgrade the current turboes on my 1G GTE to a single or high flow the current ones i have got in there. I was wondering if anyone would know how much it would cost me to get em high flowed and or if it is worth it

You can forget highflowing standard turbo's, you need $$$$$$$ and the gain is minimal.
find a second hand set already high flowed or go single but you would need a new manifold.
