akaik, the front hubs fit if you change one of the bearings... just change both to KE20 ones and you'll be fine and also have new bearings 
put on the KE30 discs and calipers, or KE70 calipers if you like the long pads... the KE30-> are 218mm discs, compared to KE20 of 200mm. need matching backing plate.
rear axles apparently need the ends shaved a bit.. not sure on the bearings, will probably need drums, drum backing plate and other rear brake bits....
drums are definitely different, and you may as well change to all KE30 brakes anyways...
shouldn't be too much of a drama..
hmm, $100 including discs calipers, and rear brake bits too? 
up to you as to whats fair
