no worries.
at the front you'd need
hubs, discs, backing plate, calipers.
KE30/55 has 218x10mm discs. KE70 has 218x12.5mm disc.
the strut itself doesn't fit AFAIK, and the KE30 springs are larger diameter.
KE30 diff is slightly wider, not sure on leaf mounts, but you can probably use the diff centre in your KE20 housing.
yup, some KE30's (even KE10's!!) and all KE70 have bog-warmers.. they are not really any stronger than the jap, just harder to change the centres 
with KE70 brakes, apparently there are two types of backing plates. one (the one i have) has a square bolt patern to the strut. the other (apparently more common) has an offset bolt pattern to strut... KE30 are square pattern...
i have not yet checked if KE70 calipers fit KE30 backing plate, but it's possible..
