You can't beat a Toyota Service Repair Manual coupled with the Haynes' Supra manual, a few basic tools, plenty of time and a bit of sweet and swearing
If that's not for you, there's a machanic somewhere in Morley that does a lot of work on Toyota M series engines. The previous owner of my car (ex-5ME) had a lot of work done there and reckoned they were good. Judging by the receipts he showed me, they know there stuff - but seemed to 'pad' out the work a bit.
Hell, it wasn't *that* long ago that the local Yota dealers were selling 7M'ed cars - maybe a Toyota service centre?
