get a low volume pump from an mazda fb-rx7 or 626.. or something similar.. and as 4a-c said, don't forget the efi filter.
fwiw, i think you should just do an intank setup.. i get too many raised eyebrows having mine set up in the engine bay, and there isn't much room under the car.
