From experience, I use Northline Freight for shipping parts and TNT Auto Logistics for cars ...

Best advice is to call around and get quotes as there often is a big difference across different freighters.

Even Aussie Post can do the smaller parts for real cheap - I've shipped manifolds before using their pre-fab boxes.
