I must be the only person who's unable to change a diff in under 3 hours.
Had a two hour long blonde moment while I was changing my diff on Saturday...
Spent the time cursing about how much silastic I put on last time ('coz I couldn't get the diff off no matter what I tried).
After two hours, I figured I needed to get my mind off the problem, so I sat down and started adjusting the drum shoes...
And out pops the driveshaft.....
