Wed, 05 May 2004 00:24 I am a horse lover too and I have towed many objects that cause me to need to drive slow (we had about 20 horses when I was a kid). The rules are there for everybody and just becasue you need to tow something doesn't give you the right to inconvenience other road users more than is necessary -"keepleft UNLESS overtaking" means just that! Not keep left unless you are towing and are inept, not keep left unless you are doing the speed limit (or faster), not keep left unless someone is trying to overtake you.
