Wed, 05 May 2004 11:19 Good point that was made before...you were in an accident that resulted in more then $500 worth of damage so he should have reported the incident. Most insurance companies will be reluctant to pay unless there is either a police report or a written confession (prob not the right word). So the most you should have to pay him is $500 which he could get through a court. But as I see it he wouldn't be able to get any more then that as he didn't report the accident. But hey, if work insurance covers you just tell him to contact them. That way you dont have to deal with him anymore - and the insurance company will screw him anyway [Report message to a moderator]
