I agree it's a hard job, but you may want to do a bit of a search, alot of people fly the flag for the standard 2T head as flowing quite well and perfectly capable of some good power (I disagree, but hey, each to his own). After all, it has central spark plug position (always good for combustion efficiency) and the ports themselves lay quite 'flat'.
Anyway, regardless, you may be better off leaving the head as is and changing the intake/exhaust.
Just a bit of quick info - any exhaust (extractors) that will fit a 2T-G will also fit a 2T...however the *intake* manifolds will not.
