Thu, 06 May 2004 02:03 I've towed horse floats in the past, and it really isn't as easy as you think, granted there are some drivers out there that choose the wrong lane on the freeway, but in general you have to be careful towing live animals as it's like towing a liquid load, you can't accerate too fast brake too fast corner too fast else the horses shift in the trailer pushing it all over the road. It's kind of like towing a car on a flat bed trailer with only the hand brake 1/2 on. I have a few stories about spooked horses in trailers but I'd rather not go into them.
