I beg to differ here an ask why should TT132 struts be different to RT132 struts ?
Both fitted to the same series Corona's in Japan, the 'T' had 3T engines, the 'R' had 18R series motors.
And, I have RT132 struts on my RA23, with the Hilux/Pug/Corona conversion.
Having said all that I think there is a problem with XT/RT13x struts into a TA23, to do with the steering knuckles on the TA23.
So I think you will need to changes the steering knuckles.
The XT130 was the Aussie made Corona, don't know if it went to NZ.
Calipers mount bolts holes need to be 90mm like you have said.
Strut length should not be a problem for the xA23, its only the TA22 that you have this concern.
Mitch.
