Belts - Any standard 5 rib belt will do. You just gotta find one the right size then add a tensioner in there. you may also have to get a new pulley made to put on your crank in order to drive the blower. Something ~165mm in diameter should be good.
Electric Clutch - Wire up a switch to turn it on & off.
Also you need to figure out if you want to run a blow thru or suck thru setup.
Blow thru - ie blower b4 throttle body, will allow you to run a BOV etc and boost will hit you a bit harder as all that pressure in the intake piping is stored up waiting for you to open the throttle.
Suck thru - ie throttle body b4 blower IMO is the better option in that you can control air flow more by use of the throttle body. Also boost is more controlled and smooth this way, which in a FWD car will be better for traction. You dont have this huge buildup of pressure just waiting to pour into the inlet, instead the throttle body sort of "chokes" the blower so that it can only pump as much air as u allow.
