Blow thru - ie blower b4 throttle body, will allow you to run a BOV etc and boost will hit you a bit harder as all that pressure in the intake piping is stored up waiting for you to open the throttle.

Actually all that pressure in the intake piping will blow your intake to pieces, because the SC14 is a positive-displacement pump, which means it will pump a fixed volume of air per revolution. If that air has nowhere to go (ie closed throttle) the pressure goes through the roof and something will break. That's why the throttle is mounted before the blower on the factory setups, and that's what you'll have to do here as well unless you intend to engage the blower at full throttle only (ie with a reed switch on the throttle).
