 negative fround wire? mate you've got a wierd engine there! the only thing that has any type of wires going to it on my fuel rail, is......nothing. the only thing's that are on the fuel rail are: the regulator/the return line from it/vacum line from the vsv, the inlet line from the fuel filter (which the pulsation damper mounts on with) which does not have any wire what so ever (look at a manual), also you have the fuel line going to the cold start injector.
