Been talking 2 a few mates about mods for my next viechile (another hilux) and alot of them are saying how notching the C rails is now illegal, aswell as drop spindles and stuff like in queensland, ive been tring 2 look up infomation but to no avail could you point me in the right direction, and also if legal where is a good engineer that can pass those types of modifications
