The water spray into the intake is on the web, and google will bring up plenty of pages and dicussions on it. I put it on as I thought it would help to control knock. As it turned out, I used Avgas to run the car, and had no knock problems. When you say that you can't get past 10 PSI with the stock intercooler, does this mean that the intercooler is restricting the flow, because I don't think any amount of water will fix that.
