Its a 4A so it would be 1.6
The F in the engine designation stand for 'economy', so i'd suggest that a 4A-F carby would be set for economical running as standard.
As far as i know, the manifold should bolt up.
If your still planning on doing the engine conversion, save the money for that instead.
