Hmmm well being a cheapskate im gonna try use some multi purpose thinners and a rag... see how i go....
if not i was gonna sand it back by hand but as u said...
"If you sand plastic,if becomes furry , and becomes a bitch to paint, as the little tufts of plastic continue to stick up through the primer, and then into the topcoat. "

So I guess, my best bet is probably forking out cash to get a professional to have the bumper bead blasted!
Hence "removing the paint without stuffing the substrate."

Prob get em to paint it too I guess...

Anyone here a panel beater from Sydney who looks after forum members ?
