Shocks will help, there's only so much a shock absorber can do and when you stiffen the spring up considerably the shock is worked alot harder and tends to cause oscillatory behaviour in your suspension.
Can I just say, having ultra low springs is just so bad for a road car - please *don't* do it as the suspension componentry WAS NOT DESIGNED to take loads at extreme angles all the time, and when you sit on the bump stops all the time around corners you are just asking to screw any number of suspension members.
