I think the easiest way would be to use a 2T-GEU inlet. Remove the throttle body and replace it with a pipe from the supercharger. Then mount the carby on the inlet of the supercharger and hey presto, you have a suck-through supercharged 2T-G! Unfortunately you won't be able to use an intercooler with a setup like this so you'll be limited to fairly low boost.
