Depends You would have to ask a specialist. And depends where max lift occurs on the camshaft. I imagine figures around about 25 degrees BTDC on intake opening, and about 45 degrees BBDC on exhaust? (close to 55 degrees overlap)... Note : once you start getting bigger cams with more overlap you will more than likely screw your cars' emissions unless you grab a progammable ECU or a remapped ECU.
