Wed, 12 May 2004 03:09 Guys, The guy was fined twice for exceeding the Speed Limit on the same road, at the same time and day. There are 2 Speed Cammeras about 300 metres apart on the same side of the road. The bloke got off 1 of his fines (not both) because the magistrate said only 1 offence had been committed.
