Thu, 13 May 2004 00:17 Steering wobble can ba caused by a number of things. If your wheels are balanced correctly, The first place I would look at is the rest of the steering components. I have no idea what type of set up an AW11 has, I assume R&P and strut either way, check ball joints and all other joints/bushes and make sure there is not excessive movement. Putting bigger tyres on will amplify this problem and if the effective offset has changed then that will influence it as well. Take it to a trustworthy mechanic or better still suspension shop for a check up. My guess is something is worn out and needs rebuilding/replacing. This will then mean that you need an alignment which is a good thing to do anyway. Have fun [Report message to a moderator]
