Actually water injection into supercharged motors is a match made in heaven . firstly you need a good water injection setup i would suggest the zoom kit . then you need to make your water mix.... yep mix the brew i ran in my 1ggze wa 50% water 45% methanol and 5% water soluable aroumatic oil. yep like the oils used in bath oils . i used sanledwood oil . (this is also why my skin is so soft and i have that healthy glow .... :roll:yeah i know im not funny ) seriously though the water acts as a detonation deterent the methanol burns to improve octane levels and slow burn rate . the aroumatic oils act as a rotor sealing agent and actually can increase boost . in the 1ggze i saw 1-2 psi more boost no detonation more power and was able to advance timing 5 degrees (at the crank angle) with still no detonation .overall power increase was 20 honest H.p at wheels but the midrange was awesome make sure you ALWAYS inject water as far away from the throttle body as possible ...even in the airbox .BUT DO NOT run water through the airflow meter . i would also buy an auto speed water spray kit for intercooler . this made a reasonable difference to the cressida [Report message to a moderator]
