It happened to me with dial-up too. When I joined Dingo Blue it was uncapped download limit, unlimited hours, unlimited connection time. This was abused. They put caps in place to stop people downloading 24/7. Still fairly high caps for 56k though. 400 hours and 3gig. This was abused.
What happens? Dingo Blue are closed down now aren't they?
