i have no idea about carbs i only know about webers and those tiny little carbs on RC cars but all i can say is one is for the idle speed, (got nothing to do with mixture) one would be for the fuel air mixture and if they are like webers then the last one would be to do with the idle air/fuel mixture.
but could be your imagination as whenever i touch my engine my brain plays tricks on me thinking it might be going faster or slower now.
