Prices seem to be going up on them at the moment so youll need a decent amount of money behind you.
You would be better buying a sprinter with a 4age already rather than swapping one into it as it will work out a fair bit cheaper overall. From what the people on here say, its a piece of piss to do though but I havent had the money to attempt it yet 
4age's have a decent amount of power but they arent known for straight line speed (unless you have the money for a 4agze or 4agte) so its not good for the traffic light grand prix.
And the colour tops are different generation of motors. From what I have gathered, bluetop is a RWD 86kw 4age, redtop 100kw FWD 4age, blacktop and silvertop's are FWD 20V 4age. Theres also the 4agze's but I dont know anything to mention those. Lots more differences if you care to look it up but thats the jist.
