Darkstar:
You will find that the 7mgte injectors plug into any generation 1g fuel rail and head, however they will not fit into anything other than a gen 1 loom plug. There are 3 locator pins on the outside of the plug and all 3 match up with gen1 looms but the GEN3 WILL NOT (not sure about gen2). I happen to know this as i happen to have gen 1 injectors in my 1g and also have a gen 3 motor on the shelf and have made the comparisons with my 7mgte injectors. Also from what i am running currently, i have a single turbo setup running about 15psi with std injectors atm on a aftermarket comp running rich atm, the injectors have not yet reached max duty cycle yet and i would expect to be able to see more out of them after the car is on the dyno. The only mod i have done is increased fuel pressure with a rising rate malpassi reg so you effectivly increase the flow rating of the injector. If you intend to only run 14-15psi an injector upgrade prob aint worth it, espically if you are using a stock computer and if you would want to keep injector duty cycle on the safe side of things i would reccomend the fitment of a malpassi. Good Luck
