You need to lower the spring seat by 15mm to use standard TA22 springs. You then need an insert appropriate for 15mm shorter #T13# housing. Also need to accommodate the change in ride height with lowered springs.
ie.
reduction in height relative to orig. ride height: -35mm
shortened T13# strut housing length: -15mm
reduction in height relative to T13# strut: -50mm
So your insert needs to be T13# pattern but at least 15mm shorter to fit in the shortened strut. If it's any shorter than 15mm shorter you need to take up the extra with a spacer. BUT the longer the spacer, the closer you come to the bottom of the damper travel and greater the risk of bottoming out. High rate springs may help but need high-rate dampers to control them and more than ~150lb/in in TA22 won't be street friendly.
