According to the Goss fuel pump cattledog a 7M GE Cressida pump will do something like 208 l/hr max flow and 111 l/hr at 36.2 psi, so more than enough for your 1G-GTE. I suspect your fuel pump is on the way out or you have a restriction in the fuel line. Are you running 8mm (plus) lines ? Just a thought.
