You need ae92 seca lights. i got the same thing when i busted one of my 95 lights. The trim on the top and bottom might be different tho. only minor though. It will physically bolt in.
Dunno about the grille. I'd say it would though as the headlights are the same and thats what the grille mounts to.
This is the sort of car you can get one from.
