One of my mates knows how to beat the system. Apparently if there is a fixed speed camera, there must be 3 signs posted "Speed Cameras In Use" or whatever otherwise you can contest it. If there are 2 warning signs, it doesnt apply, if there are 4 it doesnt apply. Only every 3 signs is allowed to have 1 camera.
Also, if there are patrol cars checking speed, they MUST be visible from the road.
Thats my 2cents worth...
