get a delrin one, much more "solid" feeling
t3 sells them
gabriel is a very good guy
many guys here can vouch for his quality and speed
bout $20 bucks aussie for it, but a world of difference

The larger diameter means a tighter fit with less slop. The Delrin material means it won't wear out quickly like the factory ones do
