Rob,
Nearly all car springs are hot wound. The rate is about 140/150lb". I have a set height-reset at my house, along with a cut pair (not mine, just in storage). If you are trying to work out the rate, when I took off my set to industrial springs on port rd, the guy at the counter calculated about 140lb". You are better off buying some constant rate springs from them than using Whiteline IMO.

The dampers from Whiteline are KNOI which are OK but there is better, but not avaiable in OZ. I'm looking into a group buy for some of us SA AE86 owners for Tokico dampers from the US. The cost is significantly less then the KONI, but no warrenty (unless you want to send back to America ) and other factors to consider.
Both short stroke and normal will be purchased front and rear. Also 5 way adj Illumina is an option (if pricey).
I can almost get a full set front and rear for the same price as the quote for the replacement of ONE of my TRD yellow dampers. Guess what I will be doing Smile

Jaz
