And for thoes with plenty of bandwidth to play with, here is the official US military aircraft/aerospace materials handbook.

MIL-HDBK-5J 80mb

Probably won't mean much unless you have a knowledge of materials/engineering but it is the so called Bible for material strength properties in the aerospace industry.It also covers steels and other metal alloys.

This document also makes some general comments about fatigue and corrosion susceptability of each alloy.
