1.
So what you recommend?

Quote
When you remove a spark plug, what does the end look like? What colour is it? Does the ceremic look bleached/blistered?

Answer
Need to know what plug you are using now and what it looks like when removed from engine.

2.
Do I go colder because I'll be advancing the timing?

Quote
Generally a change to a colder plug is done to aviod detonation from increased compression, advancing timing(Combustion chamber hotter)

Answer
MAY need to go colder, may not. It depends on your answer to 1.

James
