Actually the relay which you can hear click next to the ECU is the general systems control relay, cant remember the specific name at,.
The AE92 GZEs actually have a seperate fuel pump relay in the engine bay. Just forward of the passenger location, above the aircon piping. Thats where mine sits, and sat in the frontcut. Then again im not using it, its there for decoration.
As for the BOV, its so you dont get compressor feedback on gear changes.
