As a teenager I worked part time in a garage. I would take used filters and open them up to see what and how the filtering system worked. By far was Toyota the best. The filtering material is honeycombed in the filter, not fanned out. Beautiful system. As for oil, Mobil1. Toyota now stocks Mobil1 at it's dealers here in Canada. [Report message to a moderator]
